book blog #4

Have you ever heard of women being sexually trafficed?well now you know. I have been currently reading a book called Sold by Patricia Mccormick. It tells a story about a girl named Laksmhi and her stepfather selling her away. Lakshmi gets a suprise far from great and was unfortunately sent to do prostitution. She was raped  and was crying as if her predator had alreay caught up to her and took his vile bite into her most wealthiest part ever.
This book leaves me to questions like why is there still "sex slavery" shouldn't it be banned? well you most definitely have my answer for yes it should be banned. Women shouldn't be violated, they should be treated with respect just like we men are and most of the times, bad men like to take advantages of women'sbody and violate them. After that women than get something horribly ill, something that's not eithen worth to die for.... sexually transmitted dieases (STD).
Thankfully in this book, Laksmhi discovers a safe house with other girls who have been mollested and meets new friends and gets to have a bond with these new girls in the house. Hey! Laksmhi can make a connection towards these girls. Maybe she can have her own book inside Sold. Just maybe.
Hopefully Laksmhi can get better and have a brand new start. It's just so horrible because i can make a connection towards her because a part in the book said that her friend got kicked out because she was ill and i have had a friend that went away because she was ill so sometimes i feel like im in that house with Laksmhi. Just maybe i might be.

Book blog #3- The runaway dolls

Did you ever know that small people can do big things in 1 day? well i know because i haave read The runaway dolls by Martin Godwin.  This book took me on such an adventure through mythical and actual imaginations/adventures. The characters.. excuse me the dolls in this book were very daring and  must always have some sort of adventure or quest with it.
I really liked the book because it brought back so many good memories and it was also worth reading. It brought me back to the memory of when I and my sister would always hide around the house so our parents couldn't find us if we were in trouble but unfortunately they were always more clever than us and found us hiding in the best hiding spot we can ever find... the top stairs railing.
This novel was really worth reading, no matter what age you are because it will always make you feel like a little kid again and bring you back to your're hide and seek adventures or anything else similar that you enjoyed playing when you were younger.  You might not eithen want to stop reading this book it keeps getting better and better. SPOILER ALERT! CONTINUE READING IF YOU MUST BUT IF YOU DONT WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS PLEASE STOP PROCEEDING!
Alot of tension had happened in this book with the dolls because their was a moment when the dolls almost got sod by a woman to the wrong house and meet there evil minion Mimi, the evil fairy princess doll.
These adventures always had tension and i had relatable moments like that considering that i broke my wrist and while i was running before i fell on the ground, i started to weep, knowing that my predator hunted me down, tackled me to the floor, and than won his beloved trophy..my little wrist.

Book blog #2

A book i was previously reading was Charlotte's Web , by E.B.White. This book is really enjoyable and really sad. It's enjoyable because there's alot of funny and thrilling parts in this book but however it's really sad because a tradgety happens to one of the characters in this book.
A character from Charlotte's web that i can mostly connect to is probably Fern because she has an annoying sibling just like me, loves Wibur who is an animal and i like animals, and also that has a heart for other things other than her self sometimes just like me.
This book was also connecting me to my early childhood days because i remember me and my friends would reannact this book and give parts to each other and say the lines the actual characters said in the book. I was Avery in the reannactment. For some reason, Avery is like a rude obnoxious brother to Fern but My friends always told me to be Avery because I can always act like him the best eithen though i knew that wasn't true but i still went with the flow.
My emotions towards the beginning of the book was wow, my feelings have changed ever since i have read this book in the 3rd grade and rereading this book in the 8th grade was different because it didnt make me jump up and down in my seath. Although, I will never stop loving this book because it brought back so many good memories and times. If you want to find out a little more what happens continue reading but otherwise stop right here!
Finally, The ending was really sad to me because i was heartbroken to find out who died because that one person who had helped another character through so much and it was heart breaking to see he or she pass away. From 8 years-13 years of being in my reading life this tradety was probably the saddest i have ever read.
